Adrian Constantine Anson

Anson, Adrian Constantine (1851–1922), U.S. baseball player, also known as “Cap” or “Pop.” In 1939 he was elected to baseball's Hall of Fame as “the greatest hitter and greatest National League player-manager of the 19th century.”
