Aspirin
Aspirin, or acetylsalicylic acid, effective painkiller that reduces fever and inflammation. It is useful in treating headache, minor fever, menstruation pain, rheumatic fever, inflammatory arthritis, and may help in the prevention of thrombosis (blood clots). Possible side effects include gastrointestinal irritation and hemorrhage.
