Nevada Falls

Nevada Falls, waterfall in Yosemite National Park, east-central California. It is part of a series of drops in the Merced River, which covers 1 mi (2 km) between the Little Yosemite Valley to the floor of Yosemite Valley. Nevada Falls, first named twisted falls by Native Americans, drops 594 ft (181 m).
