Located on the River Trent, Nottingham is a transportation center and industrial city known for its manufacture of tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, hose, lace, and bicycles. The city is noted for its medieval architecture and for its proximity to Sherwood Forest, the legendary home of Robin Hood.
