Passamaquoddy Bay



Passamaquoddy Bay, inlet of the Bay of Fundy between Maine and New Brunswick, Canada, at the mouth of St. Croix River. The bay, which extends inland about 15 mi (24 km) and is about 10 mi (16 km) wide, is characterized by a powerful tidal flow.
