Camille Pissarro
Pissarro, Camille (1830–1903), French impressionist painter. Influenced by the Barbizon School at first, he was, with Cézanne, Monet, and Renoir, a founder of impressionism. His works, especially landscapes and street scenes, are noted for their freshness, vividness, and luminous color.
