Pluto



Pluto, in Greek and Roman mythology, ruler of the underworld and god of the dead. The Greeks also called him Hades; the Romans also called him Dis Pater and Orcus. He was originally a Greek god. The Romans incorporated him and the myths about him into their religion during the 7th century B.C..
