Poison ivy
Poison ivy, vine that grows plentifully in the United States and southern Canada. Its leaves appear red in early spring, turn shiny green later in spring, and red or orange in autumn. It contains a poisonous oil that is extremely irritating to the skin, causing blisters and red, itching spots.
