Pollock

Pollock (Pollachius virens), fish belonging to the codfish family. A valuable food fish, it is found in the northern Atlantic Ocean. It grows to a length of 2 to 3 1/2 ft (61 to 107 cm) and has a protruding lower jaw. Pollocks move in schools and feed on smaller fish.
