Pueblo

Pueblo (pop. 123,051), city in southeastern Colorado and the seat of Pueblo County. It lies on the Arkansas River in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Among its products are steel, timber, and coal. It was built on the site of a frontier trading post and fort (1842).
