Skeet

Skeet, sport in which the competitor shoots at clay disks mechanically thrown into the air. The disks are tossed to imitate the flight of certain birds. Shooters, using modified shotguns, stand at specific stations from which they shoot at the disks, which may be tossed individually or in pairs.
