Tropic bird

Tropic bird, graceful seabird (genus Phaethon) with long, trailing tail feathers. Tropic birds are found in all tropical oceans and are often seen far out to sea. Their food is fish and squids, which they catch by diving. They nest under rocks or in crevices on islands. Plumage is generally satiny and white, with some black.
