Edward Livingston Trudeau
Trudeau, Edward Livingston (1848–1915), innovator of tuberculosis treatment in the United States. He founded the Trudeau Sanitarium and in 1894, the Saranac Laboratory, the first U.S. laboratory for tuberculosis research.
