Galina Ulanova
Ulanova, Galina (1910–98), Russian prima ballerina of the Bolshoi Theater, Moscow (1944–62). She excelled as a dramatic and lyric dancer, notably in Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake and Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet.
