United Nations University
United Nations University, research and training institution chartered in 1973 by the United Nations (UN). It is actually an agency through which institutions coordinate educational programs. Its aims are to provide information, research, and training opportunities for scholars and organizations around the world. Projects usually focus on the management of natural resources, hunger, and developing societies. University headquarters are in Tokyo.
