Valhalla

Valhalla, in Scandinavian mythology, paradise hall of the dead where slain warriors live under the leadership of the god Odin. Valhalla is depicted as a magnificent palace built of battle shields, spears, and gold. The chosen heroes are wounded in battle daily and are restored each evening, until led by Odin to battle the giants at the time of Ragnarok, or Doomsday.
