Frances Elizabeth Caroline Willard
Willard, Frances Elizabeth Caroline (1838–98), U.S. educator, temperance leader, and social reformer. She served as president of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU) from 1879. She also worked for woman suffrage and helped found the Prohibition Party (1882).
