Fates

Fates, in Greek and Roman mythology, goddesses of destiny, called Moirai by the Greeks and Parcae by the Romans. Three Fates rule human lives: Clotho, who spins the web of life; Lachesis, who measures its length; and Atropos, the inevitable, who cuts it.
