Gang

Gang, group of people who come together for social purposes, often criminal. A gang may be tightly organized, with a definite leadership, or it may be a loose grouping. Some juvenile gangs have been known to be involved in delinquent behavior. In the 1920s and 1930s, crime organizations in the United States, such as the one led by Al Capone, were known as gangs.
