Gentile

Gentile, word used in the Bible to refer to people who are not Jewish. In modern times the term is often used, incorrectly, to mean “Christian.” Muslims and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints also refer to nonmembers of their faith as gentiles.
