Glacier National Park



Glacier National Park, created 1910 in the Rocky Mountains in northwest Montana. The park covers 1,013,595 acres (410,188 hectares) on the Continental Divide and borders on Canada's Waterton Lakes National Park. Along with immense glaciers and mountain peaks, Glacier has many beautiful lakes. It provides a protected home for a variety of wildlife.
