Hall of Fame



Hall of Fame (formerly The Hall of Fame for Great Americans), memorial to Americans who have achieved great fame in various fields. It was founded in 1900 in a colonnade designed by Stanford White and has niches for about 150 busts. Elections of new members were suspended in 1977, but the monument is still open. It is on the campus of Bronx Community College, in New York City.
