Carla Anderson Hills

Hills, Carla Anderson (1934– ), U.S. government official. As Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (1975–77) under President Gerald R. Ford, she was the third woman Cabinet member in U.S. history. In 1989 President George Bush appointed her as a special trade representative.
