Human relations

Human relations, study of group behavior and how the individual, as an inherently social being with personal needs, may achieve desired goals without losing, or causing others in the general population to lose, the basic rights of dignity, respect, and self-determination. Experts in the field of human relations must understand conflict, human needs, human nature, and how individuals and groups respond to one another.
