Ibizan hound

Ibizan hound, rare dog breed from Ibiza, an island off the eastern coast of Spain. A modern relative of an ancient Egyptian hunting dog, it is similar to the greyhound, with a slender build, a long snout, upright ears, and a long neck. It has amber eyes and a pink nose, and its coat may be long or short and red, white, brown, or a mixture of colors. It stands up to 27 in (69 cm) high and weighs up to 50 lb (23 kg).
