Judas Iscariot
Judas Iscariot, in the Bible, one of the Twelve Apostles, the one who betrayed Jesus. For 30 pieces of silver he identified Jesus to the soldiers at Gethsemane by a kiss of greeting. According to Matthew, he later repented and hanged himself.
