Last Supper

Last Supper, the final passover meal held by Jesus and his disciples in Jerusalem before his crucifixion. In it he distributed bread and wine to them, instituting the Christian sacrament of Holy Communion. Leonardo da Vinci's well-known fresco of the Last Supper is in Milan.
