Mílos
Mílos, or Milo, one of the Greek Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea. The seat of ancient Athenian civilization, it is known as the place where the celebrated statue of Venus de Milo was discovered in 1820. Tourism is important to the economy of the island. Other industries include olive and tobacco production.
