Herbert Lawrence Block

Block, Herbert Lawrence (1909– ), U.S. political cartoonist. His dry and witty cartoons have been appearing under the signature Herblock in the Washington Post since 1943. He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 1942 and 1954.
