Aleksandr Porfirevich Borodin

Borodin, Aleksandr Porfirevich (1833–87), Russian chemist and composer of the group known as the Five. His musical works include the opera Prince Igor, completed after his death by Aleksandr Glazunov and Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.
