Chihuahua, geographically largest state 95,376 sq mi (247,086 sq km) in Mexico, bordering both Texas and New Mexico. With extensive forests, deep canyons, mineral deposits, and rich grasslands, Chihuahua is the leading cattle-raising and mining state in Mexico.
