Constructivism
Constructivism, artistic movement developed in Russia 1913–20 by Vladimir Tatlin, Naum (Pevsner) Gabo, and Antoine Pevsner. Partly influenced by cubism and futurism, it was related to technology and industrial materials. Gabo and Pevsner went into exile in 1921 when Soviet authorities moved against all modern art movements.
